You can book a stay directly through our website by using our booking system. Simply select the cottage you wish to stay in, check availability on the calendar, and proceed with your reservation.
Yes! You can book individual cottages or all three cottages together, depending on your group size and preferences.
Each cottage has a unique interior design. However all cottages are built to the same high standard and amenities are identical in all three cottages. Essentially it’s down to your personal preference and the number of guests If you’re unsure which one suits your needs, feel free to contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to guide you.
The minimum length of stay for bank holidays and some special offers is two nights, otherwise there is no minimum stay. However, please check the availability calendar for specific cottage requirements during peak seasons.
We accept all major credit/debit cards for secure online payments. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is successful.
We offer flexible and non-refundable cancellation policies. Please check the cancellation terms listed during the booking process. If you need to make changes to your booking, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Linden Lodge is dog-friendly! If you are booking all three cottages please contact us to enquire about accommodation for additional dogs. Please check the listing for Linden Lodge for specific pet policies.

Our hot tub has 3 seats, 2 loungers and 45 adjustable hydro-massaging jets that can target the entire body and suit your mood.
Our red cedar Infrared Sauna’s thermal infrared waves provide gentle and deep heating. Infrared waves are safe and beneficial for the body.
Our Relaxation Room is a perfect place to simply chill, the large windows offer uninterrupted views of the lake and rolling hills.
Hot Stones are available for your personal use in the relaxation room, enjoy the aroma of scented candles and incense while you meditate, or relax in our giant bean bags.
There is no charge for using the kayaks but there are some safety rules. Life jackets are compulsory, do not go on the lake in windy weather, maximum weight is 130kg, do not use kayaks if you have consumed alcohol. Lough Sillan is a public lake and as such you enter it at your own risk.
Yes you can swim in the lake but please be sensible. Lough Sillan is a public lake and as such you enter at your own risk. Do not go swimming if you have consumed alcohol. If you have been swimming in the lake please shower before entering the hot tub.
We provide firewood, kindling, firelighters and fire logs for the stove in your cottage. If you need more logs during your stay please message or call us. We provide coals for the portable barbecue and wood pellets for the Ooni pizza oven. There are no hidden charges.
The covered out door kitchen has a barbecue, Ooni pizza oven, microwave, toaster, infrared hot plate and air fryer. We also provide cooking basics such as oil, salt, pepper, herbs and spices. If you have forgotten anything just ask – we may have what you need in our kitchen.
The spa, all of the cottages and the walled courtyard are smoke free zones. There is a comfortable outdoor smoking area just outside the courtyard entrance. You may smoke on the grounds but please dispose of your butts in the ashtray provided.
